Jim Dischert

Jim is the Principal at Three Sixty Wealth Management. Since 1995 he has specialized in working with business owners, executives, and affluent families to address the long-term wealth planning issues they face.

Jim created the WEALTHPRINT process, a framework that utilizes a ‘design | build | protect’ approach across many life and financial areas. Key moments, in each phase, can impact long-term success, enhance your experience, and potentially deliver better outcomes.

Jim is an Investment Advisor Representative holding the appropriate registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He is a fully licensed Insurance Producer holding his Life/Health and Property/Casualty licenses. Continuing education is a key tenant to Jim’s success. He is currently working to complete the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor designations.

Like most of you, Jim has an active life outside the office. He enjoys playing golf, traveling with his family, and finding the next challenging hike to complete! Jim and his wife Susan have three grown children: Kenna (27) who you’ll hear/see at the Three Sixty offices, Tyler (23) a proud active-duty United States Marine, and Benjamin (21) an aspiring entrepreneur and junior at Illinois State University. With a life-long focus of service and giving back, their family volunteers for several local charities and schools.
