Three Sixty is a family business office based in Bloomington, Illinois, and serving clients across the nation.

We specialize in developing a coordinated financial architecture unique to each client — bringing investment advisory, tax, estate, and retirement planning together through our proprietary WEALTHPRINT framework.

Founded with a Purpose

Three Sixty was founded by Jim Dischert, Registered Financial Consultant (RFC), determined to provide a superior level of commitment, dedication, and service to clients across Central Illinois. From day one the philosophy was clear: sound, conservative principles, cost-efficient portfolios, and advice given without conflict. No commissions. No compromises.

Based in the Naperville area, Three Sixty built a reputation for serving business owners, executives, and established families navigating complex financial decisions. The firm developed particular expertise serving business owners who understand the unique intersection of personal wealth and business value that defines their financial lives.

Expanding the Team and the Mission

As the firm grew, so did the team. Six experienced professionals today, with deep expertise across investment advisory, tax planning, estate planning, and advanced wealth strategies. Every team member joined the same culture: client-first, fiduciary always, and personal relationships above all else.
